Baltimore Cakery uses only the finest and freshest ingredients, organic when available. We have enhanced traditional cakes flavors and created exotic tastes for those with an adventurous palate. And we celebrate our spirited City of Baltimore with cake names that honor its history, institutions, and distinguished citizens.

• The Raven Rich chocolate cake filled and iced with our dark chocolate ganache flavored with a hint of Absinthe.
• Pink Flamingo Pink lemonade cake filled with our signature Pink Flamingo Pie filling and iced with real whip cream.

• Peaches B. Demented Peach cake filled with ginger mousse, iced with buttercream, garnished with wasabi croquants. (For those that dislike wasabi we can leave out the “demented.”)

Wedding Cakes Wedding cakes are priced per serving and include any of our cake flavors. The complexity of the cake design determines the price. The base price per serving is $4.50. This includes any cake flavor and a variety of designs in buttercream. White or ivory fondant adds $1.00 per serving. Custom colored fondant starts at an additional $1.50 per serving.
