Where are you located? We are located in the Fell’s Point neighborhood in Baltimore City.
Is there parking near your shop? Parking is available in the lot directly behind our shop. The entrance to the lot is located on Washington Street. There is also street parking.

Placing a cake order
Do I have to place an order for a cake? Yes. We do not have a service counter with pre-made cakes to purchase.
Do I need to come to your shop to place an order? No. You may place your cake order over the phone.
Do I need to pay for my cake when I place the order? We require a deposit of half the cost of the cake. You may pay the remainder when you pick up your cake.
Do you replicate cakes from magazines and the web? Yes, we welcome pictures of your favorite cake design. Please keep in mind no two artists work exactly alike and slight variances might be present. If your cake has to be re-sized, to accommodate the number of guests attending your event, this could also cause variances in the design.

Cake Flavors and Dietary Restrictions
Do you bake other cake flavors in addition to your signature cakes? Yes, we do our best to accommodate all cake, filling and icing flavors and combinations. We will also continue to add to our signature flavors.
Can you make my buttercream white? No, white buttercream requires the use shortening. We only use all natural European style butter in our buttercreams.
Do you make vegan cakes? Yes, we currently have a vanilla and chocolate vegan recipe.
What about other dietary restrictions? We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions such as sugar-free and gluten-free. Currently, our sugar-free and gluten-free recipes are limited to chocolate and vanilla.
A guest at our event has a peanut allergy. Can you guarantee the guest will not have an allergic reaction? We cannot. We currently do not have any recipes that require peanuts, but we cannot guarantee some of our ingredients haven’t come in contact with peanuts.

Wedding Cakes and Consultations
How are wedding cakes priced? All tiered cakes are priced per serving.
How many people may attend the cake consultation? We can comfortably accommodate four guests.
Can we bring babies and /or children to our cake consultation? Regretfully, we cannot accommodate babies or children at our consultations.
What if I need to cancel my consultation? We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice.
When do you schedule cake consultations? We generally schedule appointments Tuesday – Thursday between the hours of 4 pm to 7 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. Our consultations are scheduled on the hour.
What if I am late to my consultation? If you are more than 15 minutes late you will have to reschedule your consultation. We schedule consultations on the hour and they generally take about 45 minutes.
Do I need to pay for my cake at the consultation? A payment is not necessary at your consultation. We do require a deposit to secure your wedding date. However you can send a check in the mail or call with your credit card information at a later date.
